This client had implemented Siebel Call Center. They needed to integrate
legacy Meta data into Siebel 2000. Visionaire consultants were brought
in to develop and implement the integration strategy.
Outcome
Visionaire's consultants monitored and checked all application configuration
and SVB added to the system making sure that the integration design
was consistent across both areas. They developed UI layer changes
for various applets and views as well as specific web applets to
pass parameters to an ASP page for inventory and invoice inquiries.
They carried out business and data layer changes modifying business
components, standard extension tables, business Objects and Links.
Using the Siebel Data Model, Visionaire developers wrote extensive
SQL to extract specific data for Sales and Service to be integrated
to JD Edwards while working as an integral part of our integration
team. List Management and EIM were used to import data into Siebel.
Visionaire determined all UI changes for Sales and Service, entity
relationships and EIM mappings for conversion and integration for
the Design phase.
